1/2 c Butter

3 oz Cream cheese

1/2 c Apricot preserves

1 1/4 c Flour

1/4 c Sugar

1 1/2 ts Baking powder

1/4 ts Salt

1/2 c Flaked coconut

Recipe by: Farm & Dairy, 11/30/95 Cream butter, cream cheese & preserves. Add remaining ingredients & blend well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-18 min.
