3/4 c All-purpose flour

1 ts Baking powder

1/2 ts Ground cinnamon

1/4 ts Salt

1 Egg

3/4 c Brown sugar, packed

1/4 c Milk

1 ts Vanilla extract

1/2 c Peanut butter

1 c Apples; chopped

Confectioner’s sugar; sifted Recipe by: Jo Merrill Sift flour with baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Beat egg until light and gradually beat in sugar. Stir in milk, vanilla and peanut butter. Fold in flour mixture and apples. Spread in greased square 8x8x2 inch pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Cook in pan for about 5 minutes. Cut into 24 finger shaped pieces.
