1 unbaked pie shell

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1 cup chopped onion

1 can evaporated milk — (3 oz.)

3 eggs

1 cup cooked hot grits

1 tablespoon parsley

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 cup chopped ham or tuna

Sprinkle ham and cheese on bottom of unbaked crust. Beat remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese and ham in pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes ( until knife inserted comes out clean). Recipe from “One Million Recipes CD”
