1 9″ Quiche Pastry

6 sl Cooked Bacon — crumbled

1 1/4 c Swiss Cheese — grated

1/4 c Parmesan Cheese — grated

3 Eggs — beaten

1 1/2 c Half-And-Half

1/2 ts Salt

1/4 ts Pepper

3/4 c Onion — chopped

1 tb Rendered Bacon Fat — use

-drippings from cooking -bacon

SAute onion until tender. Place bacon, onion and cheeses in pie shell. Blend together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in quiche shell. Bake at 375?F. for 45 minutes, or until mixture is firm and
