Salt and pepper 1 pie shell — (9 inch)
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup grated Cheddar — (well packed)
cheese 1 tomato — thinly sliced
1 green pepper — cut in thin strips
1 tablespoon oregano
1/4 pound thinly sliced genoa salami
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, salt, pepper, mustard, onion and che ese. Spread in bottom of shell. Arrange tomatoes, pepper slices and optional sa lami on top and sprinkle with oregano. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until pastry is co oked and egg is set. Recipe from “One Million Recipes CD”
