1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 can Apple pie filling
3 each eggs
3 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Heat oven to 350 Blend together cake mix, apple pie filling and eggs. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread half the batter in to prepared 13×9″ pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, pour over remaining batter and sprinkle with the remaining sugar mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes, use pick test. I top with cool whip with a teaspoon of cinnamon blended in. Also, the batter looks very thick, it’s okay, so don’t add anything else.It comes out moist and is delicious.
