1 tb Egg substitute
1 tb Cream Cheese, light
1/2 ts Sugar, granulated
1/2 ts Cornstarch
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
2 sl Bread, raisin
– lightly toasted Preheat toaster oven to 350F. In small bowl combine all ingredients except bread. Set bread on toaster-oven tray; spread half of the cheese mixture on each slice on bread.
