1 c Shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 c Plain yogurt

1 tb Tomato paste

1 Chopped clove garlic

Salt and cayenne pepper Throw everything in a food processor and blend until fairly smooth. Spoon into bowl and stir in 1/3 c. toasted chopped walnuts. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with breadsticks. Dawnzie dreskin@julain.uwo.ca
