6 oz Uncooked rotini (1 1/2 cups)
2 T Olive oil
1 c Sliced carrots
1/2 c Chopped onion
2 c Sliced zucchini
1/2 lb Cooked ham, cut in strips
1/4 t Fennel
1. Cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on package; drain. Keep
warm.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot.
Add carrots and onion; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add zucchini; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
3. Stir in ham and fennel seed; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until
thoroughly heated.
4. Add rotini to ham mixture; toss gently to combine.
