8 oz Uncooked spaghetti, broken

-in half 8 oz Eckrich Smoked Sausage, cut

-into pieces 2 c Frozen broccoli vegetable

-mix 1/4 c Water

3/4 c Evaporated skim milk

2 tb Margarine or butter

1/2 ts Italian seasoning

1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Place sausage, vegetables and water in 10″ skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 7-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add milk, margarine and Italian seasoning to skillet. Heat to melt margarine. Toss sausage mixture with spaghetti and Parmesan cheese. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
