1/4 lb Ham, flaked

8 lg Eggs, fresh

2 ts Dijon mustard

1/2 c Sour cream

2 ts Fresh chives, chopped

2 ts Fresh parsley, chopped

3/4 c Shredded sharp Cheddar

– cheese Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 4 1-cup ramekins. Divide flaked ham between ramekins. Whisk together eggs, mustard and sour cream. Stir in herbs and top with shredded cheese.
