-JUDI M. PHELPS 3/4 c All-purpose flour

3/4 c Whole wheat flour

1/4 c Wheat germ

2 ts Baking powder

1 1/2 ts Sugar

1/2 ts ;salt

3/4 c Skim milk

3/4 c Unsweetened orange juice

1 Egg; beaten

1/2 ts Grated orange rind

Vegetable cooking spray Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine milk, orange juice, egg, and orange rind; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter into hot griddle or skillet that has been coated with cooking spray. Turn pancakes when tops pancakes (85 calories each).
