1 c Unsweetened applesauce
-OR- crushed pineapple — (unsweetened) 1/4 c Molasses
1/4 c Honey
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Almond extract
1 1/2 c AM Griddle Lite Pancake Mix
2 ts AM Canola Oil
Mix liquids thoroughly. Add the dry mix. Stir gently. Pour into a well-oiled square cake pan. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes or until done.
