2 tb Oleo; divided

1 Egg

1/3 c Milk, plus 1 tbsp.

1/2 c Flour

1/8 ts Salt

1/4 c Sugar; divided

1 Apple

3/4 ts Cinnamon

Use 1 tablespoon oleo to grease an 8″ pan. Beat the egg with the milk. Add the flour, salt and 2 teaspoons sugar and mix well. Let stand for 15 minutes. Peel and slice the apple into the pan spread evenly. Mix the 2 tbsps sugar and the cinnamon and sprinkle over the apples. dot with remaining oleo. Pour batter over the apples.
