3/4 c Yellow cornmeal

3/4 c All purpose flour

2 tb Sugar

1 1/2 ts Baking powder

1/2 ts Baking soda

1/4 ts Salt

1 Egg, lightly beaten

1 c Buttermilk

1/4 c Cornoil or light vege oil

3/4 c Cnd whole ker corn, drain
