1 c Rice (white or brown)
6 Cloves garlic, minced
2 sm Onions, minced
1 cn Stewed tomatoes
1 cn Chopped green chiles
1 pk Taco seasoning
Prepare rice as usual. While rice is cooking, saute garlic and onions in a little water and cooking spray. When onions are slightly translucent, at chiles, and tomatoes. Cook for 30 seconds, then add 1/4 c. water and taco seasoning. Cook for a few minutes, then add to rice. Serve with ff tortillas and your favorite taco toppings! “Jana L.
