4 lbs ground chicken breast, skinless
2 c white bread crumbs
4 whole egg whites — slightly beaten
1 c water
1 env spaghetti sauce mix
1 c onions — chopped
1 c red and green bell peppers — chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 12-cup fluted pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, bread crumbs, egg whites, water, spaghetti sauce mix, onions, and bell peppers. Mix until well blended. Pack firmly into prepared pan. Bake for 1 and 1/4 hours. Let stand 10 minutes, then unmold.
