2 Chicken breasts,

-skinned, boned, and -halved

1/3 c Honey

1/4 c Soy sauce

2 tb Dry sherry

1 ts Peeled, minced ginger root

-OR 2 To 3 cloves garlic, minced

Place chicken in a non-metallic dish. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Turn to coat. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour, turning once, or refrigerate and marinate for several hours or overnight. Prepare grill for medium-high heat.
