1 Box Vanilla Wafer Cookies

1/2 Pound Butter

1 Pound Powdered Sugar

4 Eggs

1 Pint Whipping Cream

1 16 Oz. Can Crushed Pineapple — drained

1 Cup Chopped Pecans

Crush vanilla wafers and place half in a square pan. Cream butter and sugar and beat in eggs. Whip cream; fold drained pineapple and nuts into it. Place remaining crushed wafers on top and set in refrigerator overnight.

Serves: 10
