2 lb Beef, cut in 1″ cubes

2 Carrots, sliced

1 lg Onion, diced

3 Stalks celery, sliced

1 cn Tomatoes; 28oz

1/2 c Quick-cooking tapioca

1 Whole clove

2 Bay leaves

Salt and pepper

(Old Fashioned flavor like Grandma’s thanks to the tapioca!)
