Chicken in Beer

3 chicken breasts with the bone , cut in half 1/2 package dry onion soup 2 cups regular beer 1 cup sweet dark beer.

Put chicken in pan. Stir soup and beers and pour over chicken. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through. If it starts drying out just add a little chicken broth or water. Serve with plain rice. Miriam
