1 deep dish pie crust

1 can Underwood deviled ham — (4 1/2 oz.)

4 hard-cooked eggs — chopped

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese — (4 oz.)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese — (4 oz.)

3 eggs — beaten

1 cup light cream

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon chopped green peppers &

red sweet peppers — (optional)

Prebake unpricked pie crust on preheated cookie sheet in 450 degree oven for 6 minutes. Remove pie crust from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Co mbine deviled ham, hard-cooked eggs, Swiss and cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, cre am and pepper. Sprinkle chopped peppers over top if desired. Bake on preheated cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
