2 ounces honey

1/2 ounce Worcestershire sauce

1/2 ounce whiskey

6 chicken tenderloins — (2 oz.)

salt and pepper — to taste

Combine honey, Worcestershire sauce and whiskey in bowl. Dip tenderloins in sauce; season with salt and pepper. Hot smoke for 4 to 5 minutes using choice of wood.
