1 1/2 lb Chicken breast, boneless,

– and skinless 1/4 c Olive oil

Salt & pepper 1 t Oregano

1/2 t Parsley

28 oz Can plum tomatoes, crushed

2 ea Garlic cloves, sliced

In a large fry pan qith a tight fitting lid, brown chicken in oil on both sides, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Combine all other ingredients and pour over browned chicken breast; cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes, adding water if needed.
