3 1/2 – 4lbs spareribs

3 lg Cloves of garlic

1 lg Onion, sliced

1 cn (20 oz) crushed pineapple,

.undrained 1/2 ts Dry mustard

1 Bottle (12 oz) chili sauce

1/2 c Brown sugar

1 ts Ground ginger

Run ribs with garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange onion in a large baking pan. Place ribs on top. Add 1/4 cup water to the pan. Cover with foil. Bake in 350F oven for 1/2 hour. Combine the remaining ingredients and spoon over ribs. Bake uncovered 1 hour longer.
