1 1/2 lbs ground chuck

4 slices stale bread — diced

1/4 c lemon juice

1/4 c minced onion

1 egg — slightly beaten

2 tsps seasoned salt

1/2 c catsup

1/3 c brown sugar

1 tsp dry mustard

1/4 tsp allspice

1/4 tsp ground cloves

6 thin lemon slices

Preheat oven to 350?F. In large bowl, combine ground chuck, bread, lemon juice, onion, egg and salt. Mix well and shape into 6 individual loaves; place in gr eased 9×13″ baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.

In small bowl, combine remaiing ingredients except lemon slices. Cover loaves with sauce and top each with a lemon slice; bake 30 minutes longer, basting occ asionally with sauce from pan. Serve sauce over loaves.
