2 lb Ground beef
1 md Onion, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
2 cn RO*TEL Dice Tomatoes and
-Green Chilies (10 oz) 1 cn Tomato puree (15 oz)
1 cn Tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 pk Chili seasoning (1 1/4 oz)
Cook ground beef, onion and pepper in a large stock pot until meat is browned. Drain excess drippings. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 servings.
