3/4 Pound ground beef

2 1/2 Cups milk

1 Cup yellow cornmeal

2 egg — beaten

1 Package Spices & seasonings for Chili

1 Teaspoon garlic salt

1 14 1/2 Ounce tomatoes — cut up

1 8 Ounces who kernel corn, drained

2 1/4 Ounces ripe olives, drained — sliced

1 1/2 Cups Cheddar cheese — shredded

2 Tablespoons yellow cornmeal

In med. skillet, brown ground beef; drain. In med. bowl, combine milk, 1 cup cornmeal and eggs; blend well. Add ground beef and remaining ingredients except cheese and 2 Tbls. cornmeal; stir to mix. Pour into 12×8″ lightly greased baking dish. Bake in 350F oven 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and 2 Tbls. cornmeal; continue baking until cheese melts. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
