1/4 c Red onion; diced

2 tb Natural rice vinegar;
1 tb Lemon juice;
4 ts Olive oil;
1/4 ts Each salt;
Freshly ground pepper; Lettuce leaves 1. In salad bowl combine all ingredients, except lettuce. Chill
