Beans; rinsed/drained 4 c Onion; chopped
1 (2-pound) dark brown sugar
2 lb Fully cooked ham; cubed
1 (28-oz) ketchup
1 cn (20-oz) crushed
Pineapple; drained 1/2 c Prepared mustard
1/3 c Vinegar
Recipe by: St. Louis Post-Dispatch 8/7/95 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the beans, onion, sugar, ham, ketchup, pineapple, mustard and vinegar, mixing well. Divide among 4 greased 13-by-9-by-2-inch baking pans. Cover tightly with foil; bake for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover; bake 20 to 30 minutes more. magazine. —–
