1 pound ground beef

1 can onion soup

1 soup can water

1 package frozen green beans

4 ounces (1 c.) elbow macaroni

1 medium onion — chopped

1/3 cup chile sauce

In frying pan, brown beef and cook onion until tender. Stir in soup, water, ch ile sauce, and green beans; bring to a boil. Add macaroni. Cover and cook on low heat 10 to 15 minutes. Stir frequently.
