4 1/2 cups cooked rice — (1 1/2 c. uncooked)

1 tablespoon parsley flakes

1 1/2 cups (8 oz.) cubed — cooked chicken

1 small can cut green beans — drained

3/4 cup milk

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup

1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French fried onions

Combine cooked rice and parsley in 8 x 12 inch baking pan with spoon. Press ri ce up sides and over bottom to form crust. Combine chicken, beans, milk, soup, pepper and 1/2 can of fried onions – spoon into rice crust. Bake covered at 3 50 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake uncovered fiv e minutes longer.
