Cake: 2 c Flour

1 1/2 c Sugar

2 tb Cocoa

1 1/2 tb Baking powder

1/2 ts Salt

1 c Milk

1/2 c Margarine; melted

Topping: 2 c Brown sugar

6 tb Cocoa

3 1/4 c Hot water

Cake – mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt together. Add milk and margarine to dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour into 9″ baking pan. Topping – mix sugar, cocoa, and water until sugar and cocoa dissolve. Pour over top of cake. Bake in 325~ for approximately 45 mins. or until done. —–
